Wait for the DVD

I was disappointed in the story line changes that were made. The book was a pager-turner. The movie just made you yawn. People were twisting in their seats, sleeping, going to the bathroom, etc. Also, it was evident that very little of this movie was actually filmed in Rome. Sorry Ron Howard, but you took a great book and made a mediocre film.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Very Good Movie

It was funny and sad. The movie captured the spirit of the TV show -- which usually doesn't happen. The clothes were great (as usual for SATC) Unfortunately there will probably not be a sequel because the movie wrapped up all the stories that were left hanging at the end of the TV show.

The movie was fast paced and intense. Though the plot was a bit far fetched, it was not beyond the realm of possibility. There were enough twists to keep you interested. There were some very funny, tension breaking moments. I think the critics were wrong in their assessment of this one.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
