Probably -- undoubtedly -- the most visually stunning movie I've ever seen. Not the best film (it had a tendency towards cliche, and the story was derivative of a number of indigenous societies vs. modern culture plots), but watching was a true pleasure. I felt like a kid seeing "The Wizard of Oz" for the first time. I don't know that I would vote for it as best film this year (that honor belongs to "The Hurt Locker" for my money). But it was certainly the most amazing film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
