the best thing about this movie is the poster!

I am a huge fan of the book, but think the movie was horrible. It looked like a low budget, B-movie, with poor acting that was really trying to use lines from the book. However, the best lines from the book came across cheesy and not at all as they were intended. The character development was bad and there were a number of things about the movie that you would never understand unless you have read the book. My personal recommendation is to read the books over and over they are head and shoulders above the movie.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
