I found this "epic" to be very unbelievable, and kind of cheesy at times. It seemed like they were trying to bring up social issues and represent what actually happened in Australian history, but they never quite followed through. I didn't identify or empathize with any of the characters. Even my husband was surprised that I didn't shed a tear.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
