This movie puts you in the 30's. It oozes with authenticityand makes you feel like you are in the heart of the early '30's! What it lacks is substance in story. John Dillinger is one of the most fascinating characters who basically helped changed the face of FederalLaw enforcement & put Hoover on the 'map' for his career-the movie barely touches on any of that. Depp is great, as always..and the gun scenes are so real & loud you will duck. Don't go if you are a die hard Dillinger fan.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
