Very well done film. They were able to stay close to the original story and still add a couple things to make it fresh and new for the diehard fans. If I was pressed to pick a negative, it would be with a tiny dialogue/scene having to do with temperature and the effects of that temp on skin/frost-bite. Very nit-picky, I know. The cast was great throughout. Henry Cavill was a perfect choice and he delivered as Superman. Amy Adams balanced the strength/warmth/bull headed-ness of Lois Lane very well and its hard for me to think of any other actress to play Mrs. Lane. I hadn’t followed Michael Shannon in the past, but what a phenomenal job as the villain Zod. This movie may drag for some, but it was perfect for myself, a huge fan of Superman for as long as I can remember. Will be seeing this again and can’t wait for the next film.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors
