New adaptation of a classic comic super-hero. The special effects were incredible. Later in the movie, however, the special effects seemed to drag the movie out - too much action and effects for the sole purpose of lengthening the movie and thinning the story. It made for a nice evening out; however, given the choice between Man of Steel and any of the Iron Man movies, I would choose Iron Man without question. Man of Steel needs to find his "humanity".
