This was a movie that clearly had been conceptualized to offer astonishing art direction and special effects, but I thought that the acting and the story lived up to the beauty. I was not surprised to find out that this had originally been a graphic novel, but it was brought to life most effectively. Some other reviewers have talked about "holes" in the plot but I don't agree with that. I found that it all tied together well. Go see it!
Pros astonishing conception!
