I am writing this review because I just read the critic's review on this site, and I think they must have been in the wrong theater. Parental Guidance was great. It was one of those movies where a lot of people stayed through the credits, wanting more. The story was great: modern, fresh, often with clever dialogue. The acting, especially Billy Crystal and Bette Midler, was terrific. The ending was awesome. Everyone of all ages will like it. And the movie was clean: you can take your young kids.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors, modern and fresh
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Great movie. A tiny bit slow in the middle. The acting was first-rate. The story was fantastic and it was REAL, it didn't take the "easy" way out with dialogue or endings. It was pretty unique. It will make you think.
