I really enjoyed Jackson's latest foray into Middle Earth. I have been a huge fan of Tolkien's work since I discovered it in college, and this visualization of The Hobbit was first rate! The New Zealand scenery used was breathtaking, and the casting and scripting was top notch, as was the costuming and CGI. I highly recommend it to any viewers over 12, as some of the monsters may be a little to real and scary for a younger audience. I can't wait for the next part and the journey into Mirkwood!
