Daniel Day-Lewis was outstanding in this Lincoln role in every aspect. I didn't realize the focus would be primarily on the amendment passage but that had a huge impact on our history so I can see why that was the focus. Amazing history lesson about a time that was so very different from the current times, and yet so similar in other ways.
