No movie can capture the complexity of the times and the characters involved in the most trying time in our nation's history. This movie doesn't try. It instead focuses on the 13th Amendments passage and does an excellent job. DDL's nails Lincoln. The end of the movie is perfect for Lincoln fans and a fitting tribute to our greatest president and martyr whose strength, vision, patience and faith helped give a new birth to our nation.
Pros well paced, great actors
