Good action movie but the Bond girl, fun, humorous Casino Royale vibe is missing. This could have been any other big budget action film. The bulk of the interaction in the movie revolved around Bond and M. Snoozer. Bond should be witty, have a lot of gadgets, and there should be some of him romancing someone who is in the movie more than a brief shower cutaway or a brief bed scene cutaway. It is a good action movie but there are about 3 gadgets and one is his old car. They actually blow up the old car which makes me wonder if they wanted to note a historic shift. Disappointed only because I expected more than just bland action.
Pros good opening scene, learn about bond's origins
Cons short on bond girls, short on gadgets
No, I do not recommend this movie.
