This movie truly shows why Led Zeppelin was the greatest rock and roll band of all time. This concert was truly magic back in 2007. I can honestly say this performance was just as good if not better then when I saw them back in 1975 at the Chicago Stadium. Plant shocked me that he can still reach the high notes and sang great. Jimmy Page was as
great as ever throughout the night playing lights out. Jonesy
was superb on bass and keyboards. But the star of the night was Jason Bonham, the late John Bonham's son. He pounded the drums to the max all night just like his late father. You can tell that Robert, Jimmy and
John Paul were all proud of Jason and were choked up thinking about John at different times. Camera work and concert footage was old school. Not much crowd pictures. Just the cameras on the band. The song list was 16 cuts played to precision. It had to be chaos between band members thinking of coming up with a set list. Highly recommend the show. A must for all Led Zep and true rock and roll fans!
Pros well paced, great story, great actors, timeless
Yes, I recommend this movie.
