Overall a pretty good movie. Gore and macabre scenery effects were impressive if you're into that sort of thing. There was a subtle romance developing and I was glad it did not over power the story. Directing and script were mediocre and could have been a lot stronger with the stellar Hopkins and Del Toro.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

My 13-year-old daughter and I absolutely ADORED this movie!
It told an incredible story about love and about life. It was the funniest tear jerker I have ever seen and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who still believes in true love.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
