The characters' looks very closely resembled ones from other movies (Mavis in particular), so, the animation wasn't any different from other movies. The plot was cute but very predictable. There were a couple of very funny scenes. The humor had adult themes that would go over the heads of most kids (like many of these types of movies). The price for the whole family to go see it was not worth the couple of funny scenes. Wait until it hits the dollar theaters instead of spending the outrageous cost of tickets at a regular theater. It was cute at best.
