ROCK ON!!!! I ordered tix for this as soon as I heard it was coming out and I waited patiently for the day to come. Well it came alright - and what a day it was!!! As a true blue Zeppelin fan, I was a little worried about just how good Robert's voice would sound (and I love him to death! will always love him!) - IT WAS AMAZING!!! They were so tight and sounded so great!! The whole audience was clapping and cheering. We told the cinema to crank it up and they did - my ears were ringing when we left just like I was hoping they would be. Every song they performed was right on the mark. Jimmy played his *ss off, those long monkey arms/fingers making it look easy as pie to play for 2 hrs straight and rock the house! Jason Bonham is officially a God too, and I was truly amazed at how someone can drum so hard for so long and never miss a beat (and he's hot as hell too!). I was psyched to hear so many of my favorites, and a little disappointed to miss some - but they can't play them all. There are just some songs that 'have' to be played (as Robert says). The Song Remains the Same, Celebration Day, Trampled Under Foot,... I couldn't sit still!!! I saw Plant and Page back when they toured years ago and I actually cried, sat there shaking to be in the same room as them lol silly I know, but if you are a 'true' Led Zeppelin fan, you know exactly what I mean. This movie/dvd is worth every penny - if I could see it twice on the big screen I would. You should too!
Pros rock gods!!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
