Despite a lot of people saying a lot of negative things? I think the movie, quite a bit actually. It's a Ridley Scott film, anyone who has ever seen a Scott movies knows it different. What did they expect Ellen Ripply magically appearing at the end of the movie?
I thought Noomi Rapace was excellent, and while quirky so was Michael Fasbender. While he wasn't quite as evil as Ian Holm in the original Alien? I thought he was excellent. Noomie could give Sigourney Weaver a run for her money in this series. The engineers was a really good idea, my only complaint is that Guy Pierce's character could have been more developed.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors
Yes, I recommend this movie.
