We saw the movie tonight and thought it was one of the better movies we've seen in the past several months. As most have stated, this is a classic Taratino film - bloody, funny, and downright excellent. For the length of time this film played, it went by quickly. There are no "deadspots" or movie drag. We counted approximately 45 "N-words,"(we may have missed one or ten) which by no means came across as offense given the timeframe and historical nature of the film. As a matter of fact, many times, it was funny. We would see this movie again and definitely plan on purchasing it when it comes out on DVD.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors

Hollywood Needs to Quit Rushing Incomplete Movies to the Box Office
This movie kept my interest and then it was over...
Here are my issues: 1. It started off slow with ongoing references to previous Bourne storylines and characters. Okay, I get that. That's why we're seeing the movie. 2. Soldiers are biologically and chemically enhanced but they have glitches - like computer programming bugs. Okay, I'm hooked. Show me more. 3. More clandestine operations in the works. Okay, I'm still intrigued. 4. Treadstone, Blackbriar, etc. - CIA operations gone bad. So let's kill everyone associated with these assignments off. Not cool. Really disappointed now. 5. CIA sends new and improved super spy to kill Cross and the good Dr., but he's not as super duper as Cross and gets killed. Really?? 6. Dr. catches feelings for Cross in the end. Cliche - Really??? 7. Pam Landry from Bourne Ultimatum gets hung out to dry by government. Maybe, I'll come back for next installation.
A week after seeing this movie, I am still PISSED at how awful it was. So pissed that I actually created an account on this site to leave a review for this specific film. I love science fiction and truly thought this was going to be a good film. At least all the critic reviews indicated it was SUPERB, GREAT, WONDERFUL, etc. Now I am certain, Hollywood executives must pay critics to write good reviews. This movie was so terrible, acting, writing, storyline...EVERYTHIING was just plain bad.
When this movie is released on DVD, don't buy it. When it weaves its way to cable television (HBO, Showtime, etc.), just turn the channel and watch a reality tv show instead. I guarantee you will be more entertained than watching this movie.
