Lots of people went into this movie apprehensively because they were not sure what to expect, and Ridley Scott certainly didn't disappoint. From the beginning, Scott captures the viewer's attention with a tall human-like alien that commits suicide. The entire movie adds more and more to the Alien folklore that so many have come to enjoy. Although this is not a direct prequel to the "Alien" movies, a lot of questions are still answered (but not so much that Scott leaves the viewer with nothing to hope for). Scott sets up the movie perfectly so that he has the possibility of creating another movie to follow after or to end the story there.

The movie was great! It was edgy, and even though we all know how the classic "Snow White" ends, this movie still manages to capture the attention of the viewer and manages to maintain their interest until the very end. I especially enjoyed the scenes of the Queen, the imagery they associate with her and how they depict her character is truly captivating.
