JJ Abrams continues to demonstrate why he is one of the very best in the business.
I went into this movie a bit apprehensive about whether it could be as good as his Star Trek first movie.
I loved the major character development. All of the major characters had had flaws and were "real" and their personalities brought forth.
The adversary is just down right pure evil and very formidable to the entire fleet! It was great.
For me - this movie was not predictable - I could not anticipate upcoming twists and turns.
This is one of the few movies I might have to go back and see again in the theater.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors, major character development, major adversary development, lots of surprises
Yes, I recommend this movie.
