Reading the series now. The movie was very good but could've been better had they kept to more details of the storylines and descriptive words, thoughts, and visuals of what the book told us and showed us in our mind's eye. The sentiments werpretty much the same from a circle of friends who've seen it as well.
Overall, we gave it a 4.5, and it would've been a 5+ had they portrayed more of the plots and actual events w/in the storyline. We're looking forward to the next of the movie versions of the trilogies, and we plan to buy the movie trilogy one day.
