The book was much better, some of the details from the book were left out that probably should have been in the movie but overall it was a very good movie. Even though my grandson and I have read the book and in the episode with Rue, he cried like a baby. He's 11 and I teared up. Great read, good movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
