I really do not like westerns but, I went because my husband really wanted to see this one. I found myself completely engrossed in the movie. Jeff Bridges was good. however I think Hailee Steinfeld and Matt Damon were even better. If anyone should win an Oscar it should be Hailee. For those of you who are die hard John Wayne fans and are upset about this remake you probably shouldn't see this, as no one can fill those shoes.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

My husband & I loved this movie. You never knew who to trust from one minute to the next.
At one point I really thought Jolie's character was the bad guy. We loved how the ending left it open for the possibility of a sequel. I will see this movie again!!!!!
