I don't know much about the comic books or even the past batman movies so all I can base my review on was this movie itself. I loved it, I loved the action sequence, I loved the dialogue between Catwoman and Batman. I got a little tired of Batman being all down in the dumps but all in all, a great movie. Hoping for a new Batman movie soon...
Pros great story, great actors

The Odds Were Ever In Their Favor

I went in with low expectations seeing as how this movie/book series is compared to the gripping Twilight Series. This movie was well produced, well staffed with recognizable award winning actors and true to the book. I felt the parts left out were not as important as the parts they used. I was delighted and amazed. The first ten minutes had me in tears. The Hunger Games movie makes Twilight look like a puppet show! I plan to see this movie multiple times in theaters! I was also pleased to see the violence and gore was a minimum compared to the books... after all, these are just kids.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
