A lovely tribute to the passing of silent films. Within this clever and touching story is a glimpse of the long-gone movie industry dependent upon stars to make a studio and the clout of directors and producers within. You leave the movie uplifted, informed, and impressed with the leading actors AND the adorable Jack Russell Terrier (Uggie) who almost steals the show! A must-see for everyone.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
