As a play, The Woman in Black has been a successful London West End fixture since the eighties. As a movie, if you can stomach 95 minutes of closeups depicting grim-faced Daniel Radcliffe traipsing through an ancient mansion while looking for the next spectral event to frighten viewers, this is your cup of English tea.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Violent from the get-go, this battle pits two alpha males--one wolf, one man--against each other in a struggle to keep their respective packs alive under brutal weather conditions. A movie in which prolific profanity often substitutes for dialogue, this one's not for the kiddies.
