Great Movie.. but..disappointing en

(review contains spoilers) This movie would have easily been given 5 stars if it just ended differently. I love Liam neeson and love thrillers/actions that he stars in because he often makes the movies. The movie has a ton of great things. Good CGI, Great pop up moments, deep meanings, Great action. The only issue i have is that the entire movie is built up to the last scene. As each survivor is killed, the alpha male watches, and waits to find the alpha male in their pack. You see this first when liam neeson beats frank grillo (i believe) next to the fire. just as the challenge was issued among the wolves, same concept here on who is going to lead this team. So after only Liam neeson is left, he is says his goodbyes and you see him go toe to toe with the alpha wolf. The movie ends.... it leaves the ending opening wrong thing to do in my opinion. There were a few options that came in my head. The most likely one is that in a 1 on 1 situation he prob would have killed the wolf but been injured, then it leaves to decide would the other wolfs back off(him killing alpha male) most likely not and he would have died either way but i guess i wanted to either see him go out guns blazing and i feel every one else did i mean it is liam neeson
