I have to admit I have not seen the movies leading up to this but my 7 year old son wanted to see it. We saw it in 3d and LOVED it. Love that they brought the original actors (except for hulk) back to reprise their roles. And after having spent the weekend watching the ones leading up to this, I can honestly say that I preferred Mark Ruffalo as Hulk. Loved seeing the action in 3D. The story seemed kinda slow and a little hard to follow at times but it does not take away from the movie as a whole. Also loved the interaction between the characters and had me giggling at parts.
Pros well paced, great actors
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Really slow start...movie buddy fell asleep. Had some really cool exorcism scenes and a few spots that made me jump. Ending was bad. Had a lot of people in the theater, including me, just sitting there wondering if that was really how they were ending it. Definitely a "WTF!?" ending and not in a good way. Movie as a whole had a Paranormal Activity and Blair Witch Project feel to it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
