In today's movie market it was truly refreshing to watch a film based on the little know history of this group of brave gallant veterans. At the time America was still a divided society based solely on race. The contributions of these great men has been missing from the historical accounts of world war II for too long. The movie is a valliant attempt at shedding some light on the two wars these men simultaneousley faced, the war against Germany and the war against racism. This film is certainly entertaining and worth the price of admission. Hopefully it is only the latest of many more to come with a great cast and a great story to tell.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
