Usually prequels aren't good but this was excellent. Great plot. Excellent special effects. A tear jerker scene at the end. Christian Bale played an excellent John Connor. A great cameo appearance by ... don't want to spoil it for you. A suprisingly good prequel. The time loop physics involving Kyle Reese was "on point". If you like science fiction, go see this movie. It is not just special effects. It has a great plot. You won't be disappointed. I give it an "A".
