Henry Cavill was great as Superman/Clark Kent. The character of Superman is a little more dry than some of the previous versions but adds just enough humor. I did enjoy the more in depth depiction of what happened on Krypton. I wasn't thrilled about the less than appealing chemistry between Cavill and Amy Adams. I have always pictured Lois Lane has a brunette not a redhead. I think the twist in the plot offered a slightly darker tone but different enough to keep it interesting and the graphics were very cool. I also like the final battle between Zod. Lastly, did I mention that David Beckham has nothing on Henry Cavill where abs are concerned....
Pros great story, appealing graphics

This movie was very close to the book. I thought the actors were very well selected for their parts. I cannot wait for the sequel.
