Grandsons choice

As a Christmas treat to my 3 Grandsons; Cameron, Carson & Isaac I let them pick a movie that our family could enjoy together. By their vote 2 out of 3, this was the movie chosen. We enjoyed it (sort of) since our family group consisted of 6 adults & 3 children. The critique was 50/50 positive/negative. While somewhat entertaining most of us agreed that it was just another Chipmunks movie, with Alvin always getting into trouble, and making up for it at the end of the movie. So we give it 2 1/2 stars out of 5.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
