I knew this would be off the wall - but in the end the story was pretty good - good action and story - jamie fox is the best - the story was excellent and lots of laughs and blood
Look I go t the movies 2-3 times a week and this is a definite YES for me - forget all the lame reviews - those people probably hated blazing saddles
Pros well paced, great story, great actors
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Special effects were ok - nothing out of the ordinary - pace was very slow (2.5 hrs) - dragged out forever -
I think they could have made the movie 1.5 hrs and kicked up the action a notch -
I would wait until it comes out on DVD or tv

I go to the movies at least twice a week - this movie is very good for anyone looking to get a history lesson on the 13th amendment. Very good acting and story

I go to just about every movie - just watched flight - and this movie was pretty good - action was fun - story was stupid but good
I rate this movie better than anything besides argo, I have seen this year -
Go see it and have fun -

Flight was not very impressive - basically the story of an ex navy pilot who battles alcohol and family issues, while trying to be the captain for a major airline - Not sure we are ready to know what goes on behind the every day life of our pilots.
Story drags on with drinking binges and coke (whips) - The only good part of this movie was watching john goodman's role
Wait till this hits DVD

This movie was a bomb - your better off going to the liquor store and drinking heavily - at least you will have a reason to be looped

If you did not read the book, forget movie

I am a fairly intelligent person who is actually working on a PHD in Business, I read all 3 books a few years back - I went last night with my wife and son (he's 20) - and we were totally lost in this movie. If you did not read the books (1st one) - you will not have a clue who is who in this movie - I did read the books and was still lost - Other then the sex by the tattoo lady, forgettaboutit
No, I do not recommend this movie.
