I'm not going to gush but it was one of the better comic to big screen movie adaptations I've seen. Story was solid and a great bit of foreshadowing at the end for the sequel. The comedy was a little dull and hokey. The story felt rushed to get through 2 hours 22min if thats possible but when you have all the back stories and characters introduced like you have with the whole Avenger team, it's gonna be tough as opposed to a Batman or Spidey movie. Hats off to Joss though for making it work and pulling off an overall solid flick for the start of summer. One thing though - avoid paying the extra money to see it in 3D- not worth it.
