Great story about a family experiencing a loss and how to move to the future with unexpected changes. Careful treatment of the animals. The supporting cast is great and Matt Damon is 5 Stars.
Good scenery and rainstorm of the century for So Cal. I am recommending to family, friends and some already agree it will be fun to see again on DVD.

The Descendents... Great!

I liked the acting, story, photography, and directing. Closeups are great. George Clooney doesn't have to speak to put the message across. I felt it appealed to me having experienced losses through death, divorce, change of work. The younger actors play their role and I could read between the lines as to their underlying happiness and pain. The "cousins" and dealing with a very extended family is hilarious! Thanks!

I was entertained throughout the movie. I've read all 4 books and watched the first two videos. In widescreen the story is beyond real. It kept close to the book with awesome scenes. I did look away at a couple of the rapid fire sequences but it wasn't that bad.
Great scenery and graphics, acting, costuming, makeup, music.
Looking forward to Part 2.
