I liked Breaking Dawn Part 1. I enjoyed it from start to finish. So much so that I went out to buy the book because I couldn't wait for Part 2 to find out what happens. The movie left me hanging, so I had no choice. I hope the Part 2 is just as good if not better.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Funny & not too long

I took my 3 yr old son to see this because he loves to first two. So much so that he asked the the first DVD before he was even a year old. This is the first time I've taken him to the movies to see Alvin & the Chipmunks. I have yet to sit through the first two, but I have to say, after seeing this 3rd installment I will probably watch them on DVD. It kept my attention, the songs were quite good and the story line was interesting enough. I was very thankful that it wasn't too long and it ended in a way that my son was satisfied enough to actually leave the theater.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
