Ira did a fantastic job as always. He makes something like the live audience still seem intimate.. Dan savage easily was the highpoint for me.. though not religious.. it was heart wrenching. Mike Birbiglia was amazing.. looking forward to seeing him on tour.
I either am not deep enough or too deep because the mouse and the cat head just didnt do it for me. The only thing I missed was the Q and A from the last live event.. kinda enjoyed hearing Ira "off the cuff" And I also liked this event more since it didn't seem as if we were paying to watch a commercial for the showtime series this time around.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
