I really don't like Sci-Fi but this movie was a great surprise! The story was presented in a way that was believeable and the actors were sincere in their presentation. Is it up there with the "best" in Sci-Fi?...no, but a very close 2nd. I love Star Trek, Pacific Rim wasn't that calibur. I liked "Battle Ship" a lot and Pacific Rim had a lot more action. This movie is a good time and not a waste of money in my opinion. My husband said it's a cross between Transformers and Godzilla but I thought Godzilla was cheesy!
Pros well paced, great story, good acting

Less predictable than most. Almost too much "slap-stick" humor at times. There were some cute parts but I thought it was too long.

Olympus Has Fallen is very well done: action-packed, emotional, great story and with nail biting ending! I would recommend this to everyone.

Over 95% of this movie was nothing but blood and gore. I'm surprised Di Caprio and Jackson associated themselves with such a disappointment.

If you liked "Gran Torino", you'll love this. The actors in "The Help" are lovable. They made me laugh and cry and this movie is going to be a classic! The whole audience would cheer, gasp, laugh and clap at certain points. You won't waste your money by seeing it...not one red cent.
