A wonderful panorama of Australia beautifully filmed. wrapped around a familiar story, but filled with interesting historical information. Acting is adequate; Nichole is beautiful, my wife says Hugh is a hunk, and there is no great intellectual heavy lifting. All in all, a very pleasant rainy afternoon, if a trifle long.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
