The meaning of the title changed by the end and pointed to so many double meanings as the main character's situation is compared to those who just lost their jobs. Who really was in a bad situation?? Really liked George Clooney... not his usual happy go lucky self.
Hopefully those who are struggling with no job can find the money to go see this movie. I think it will be comforting. You are not alone.

Robert De Niro holds this movie together with his low key portrayal of a man trying to deal with the death of his wife who obviously kept him in the dark about what his children were doing. Even though the mood of the movie is sombre and very real, it shows the power of trying to reach out to each other. Introspection of Deniro's character was powerful as the reality of his life comes crashing down around him. The ending shows that truth wins out as scary as it is for us to bare our souls.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

It was a very entertaining 2 hours of watching some interesting characters bring back memories of a time and especially of music that still means something to me. I did not know about this event in history and would like to know more now. Definitely would recommend to my friends.
