Frequently we anticipate the closing act whether of a play or book or movie series only to be disappointed. I doubt many were disappointed by this film. Thank you Ms. Rowling, first for being a philanthropist. Your good works are appreciated. I started the Harry Potter series reading to my children and by the “final book” they were reading to me. The series brought families together and it was a joy watching children and adults inundating bookstores. They were there of course to purchase your marvelous Harry Potter books, but also to browse and leave with other books as well. The world or at least in my case the United States discovered reading again. That was a priceless gift you gave us. I do not think Harry Potter has come to an end. As a young adult wizard and with many enlightened young wizards there are I am sure many lessons that muggles need to learn. I await the next adventures of Mr. Potter and if I may suggest Sirus Snape. Thank you again and shouldn’t it be Dame J.K. Rowling. I look forward to reading your next installment when my children have left our nest which will be soon. Not Hogwarts, but university awaits them. Enjoy your holiday and I envision your Patronus: A glorious word processor or old-fashioned typewriter on which you will use your gifts as a wordsmith. Godspeed
