Excellent movie, but leaned too much on past Die Hard's.

I love the first 4 Die Hard's and this one barely lived up to my high expectations. It is a great movie, but the lines were cheesy and seem to be taken from the previous 4 movies while John, initially, seem to have lost his mojo. The first 10 minutes are him derping around trying to talk to his son. Also, there were times were the acting was forced and not very convincing. Despite the rocky start, there was plenty of refreshing John McClain humor, the action was over the top and death-defying as always, while maintaining a good pace and an interesting story. I would definitely suggest this movie to any Die Hard fan.
