The good: This is an enjoyable story that will cause a young person to think about the nature of government. The main characters are likable and display good values in the face of disaster.
The bad: Too many camera shots are zoomed way too far in and it is so shaky that I became disoriented and uncomfortable throughout the entire movie, to the point that it almost ruined the movie for me. The themes of desensitized voyeurism and cold violence in no way are appropriate for a young teenager. This movie should be rated "R"
