Almost Excellent Movie...

I thought this was a great addition to the Shrek series. To me this was a great story & it even made me teary eyed at certain parts (lol). Even Rumplestilskin was a bit likable even though he was the villain.
I gotta say though that the real disappointment was the whole 3D thing. Though the 3D gives a better quality & appears like you're in the same space that the characters are in, it wasn't to the point of wanting to duck or move like other 3D movies, which make you believe that things are popping out at you. I didn't really see the point except to charge more money.
Overall, the movie was pretty funny, and although not the best Shrek, was definitely very funny & delightful!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
