We should have been warned not to see this movie. Repetitive escape scenes. One in a car, one in a small plane and then one in a bigger plane. Preachy dialogue throughout and a thirty year old scientist calling all the shots for humanity was just ridiculous.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

I couldn't tell which direction this one was going. The first one had some serious overtones but with every other decepticon and autobot cracking jokes and sounding less ominous as in the original, there wasn't a feeling that what was going on mattered. The Twins had the effect that Jar Jar Binks had in Phantom Menace. They took away from the intensity of any story line there wasn't and constantly reminded you they needed to fill the movie with a sideshow. Sideswipe is an amazing looking car and has two lines and a total of 2 minutes of screen time. What a waste. I saw the original several times in the theater but there's no reason for me to go back to see this one.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

A better bond

Daniel Craig does Bond justice. He is believable as someone who can take and dish out punches, unlike Brosnan.
