A nice family movie

My 10yr old son and his buddy loved the movie. After leaving the theater, they both could not stop talking about the penguins, what they did and who they liked the best. Jim Carrey being so animated I was confident the movie would be entertaining, however the penguins definately stole the show.
We’ve had the book at home for some time now. My son never had the desire to read it. Now after seeing the movie, it gave him enough motivation to pick it up and start. Any movie that can inspire a child to read is good thing.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
