This is the best Star Trek movie ever made. The classics are classics. I will never take anything away from those movies. I loved em all! But this movie is Modern. Its got the right flash, the right bang, the right relevance of today's times. The phrase "this is not ur fathers Star Trek" doesnt even begin to say it. Faithful to the characters long beloved personalities and strengths and faults and looks, the movie goes WAY beyond homage, way beyond redo or reimagining. This is a movie's movie. It is a Star Trek for the ages, for ALL ages. I highly recommend this film to all. I can't wait till I see it again. Congrats, J.J. You did it.....
