Best movie of the summer!

I loved EVERYTHING about Captain America from the script to the effects to the score. This film was obviously made with great care to honor the spirit of one of Marvel's most iconic heroes. Chris Evans was a great choice and Hugo Weaving was dead on perfect as the Red Skull. So many nods to the comics and set ups for future storylines, it left me giddy with geekiness!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Bridesmaids is for guys too!

Bridesmaids is a great movie for Kristen Wiig's first starring vehicle. Kristen also wrote the screenplay and was sure to spread the comedy around; everybody gets a chance to shine in this flick.
Fair warning: this movie is not for you if you are offended by sexual humor and you will probably walk out in the first five minutes. However, if you can see how the frankness of the humor also sets up the real conflict in Kristen's character then you will really enjoy Bridesmaids. Kristen has a great supporting cast and has a perfect foil in Rose Byrne. This film is well worth the cost of a ticket!
