Just a good movie!

I really liked this movie! Have seen it twice so far! Do I think it will win Academy Awards, no... But the characters are likeable and beyond the whole vampire/werewolf thing it depicts fairly accurately a young woman's journey at that given age. The intensity of first love, the confusion, the friendships, the loss.
However, I'm a little confused why this movie was titled "New Moon" considering there are no parallels made to the moon. I'm guessing the book probably explains the title better than the movie did.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
